Tidewater Tailoring is published by Audit Tester, an individual in the United States. This page says what the site keeps about you, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask for. It covers the site and the pages at this address; it does not cover what another company does with what you give it directly.
Read it together with the terms of use. By using Tidewater Tailoring you agree to what this page says. If you are not comfortable with any part of it, stop using the site.
Tidewater Tailoring is not for children. If you are under 16 in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under 13 in the United States, or under the age at which you can agree to your information being used where you live, do not use the site or give it anything about yourself.
1. Scope and Applicability
This page applies to personal information collected when you:
- use the site;
- open the pages at this address, which are hosted for the site;
- write to phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com.
Personal information means anything that says who you are or that could be tied back to you.
2. Personal Information We Collect
What the site collects depends on how you use it. Only what is needed for the thing you are doing is collected.
2.1 Information you give the site
The site does not ask you to sign up or make an account. If you send a form on the site, Audit Tester receives what you put in it so that it can answer you.
If you write to phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com, the publisher receives your email address and what you wrote, and keeps it for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the request.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Your cookie choice. The one item the site keeps on your own device — see the cookie policy.
- Purchases. How the site charges has not been settled yet, so this paragraph is unfinished. Say here what it costs and who takes the payment before you publish.
- Visit measurement. While it is on, the site records the pages you open, where you click or tap, how far you scroll, which parts of a page were on screen, how quickly pages loaded, errors, and a replay of the visit with everything you type masked. It keeps a random visitor id and visit id in your browser. Visitors in a European time zone are asked before any of that is kept, and Decline or the Global Privacy Control signal turns it off. If you send a form that asks for your email address, the visit is linked to a one-way hash of that address. The cookie policy says all of this in full.
2.3 Information received from third parties
- Audit Tester does not buy information about you from anybody, and does not upload lists of people to an advertising platform.
3. Why We Collect Your Personal Information
Your personal information is used for these purposes and no others:
- Run the site, and show your own information back to you.
- Answer you when you write.
- Improve the site: see which pages and buttons work and which do not, and find what breaks (see what is collected).
- Keep the site secure: spot abuse, fraud and faults.
- Comply with the law: tax, accounting and a lawful request from a public authority.
- Enforce the terms the site is used under.
- With your consent, for anything else described to you at the time.
No decision with a legal or similarly serious effect on you is made about you by a machine alone.
4. How We Disclose Your Personal Information
Your information is not sold. It is disclosed only as follows:
- Hosting. These pages and the site are hosted for Audit Tester by Presshouse, which built the site.
- Legal obligations and safety. Where reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal process or a request from a public authority, to enforce the terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, other people who use the site, or the publisher. Where the law allows it, you will be told before your information is handed over in answer to a demand.
- If the business changes hands. If the site is sold or the publisher merges with another business, your information may pass to the new owner, who must keep to this page or ask for your consent.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and insurers, where they need it to advise the publisher.
- With your consent, to anyone else you direct.
The other services the site relies on. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job for the site.

5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access: a copy, or a list of the categories, of the personal information held about you.
- Correct personal information that is wrong.
- Delete personal information held about you.
- Portability: receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Restrict or object to certain uses of it.
- Opt out of a sale, a share for targeted advertising, or profiling, where your law provides that right.
- Not be treated worse for exercising any of these.
- Appeal a refusal, where your law provides that right.
5.2 How to ask
Write to phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Request and say which right you want to exercise. You will get an answer within the time the law where you live allows. Before acting, the publisher may need to confirm the request came from you, and will ask for what that takes and no more.
These rights are not absolute. A request may be declined where the law requires or permits it, where granting it would harm another person's privacy, or where it has no legal basis; if so, you will be told why.
5.3 Deletion
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes what it kept on your device. To have anything Audit Tester holds about you removed, the measurement of your visits included, write to phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com and it will be done. Get Creative, which runs the measurement for Audit Tester, can also be reached at support@get-creative.co.
6. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. In particular:
- Everything between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfectly secure, and absolute security cannot be promised. If you believe an interaction with the site is no longer secure, tell phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com straight away.
7. Transfers of Your Personal Information
The site's server and the companies named above may process your information in a country other than the one you live in, and that country's data protection law may differ from yours. Where the law requires a safeguard for such a transfer, one is put in place.
If you do not want your information handled outside your own country, stop using the site and, where it has one, use its delete.
8. Retention of Personal Information
Personal information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes on this page, or as the law requires. In practice:
- Replays of visits are deleted after 90 days.
- The visitor id and visit id stay in your browser until you clear this site's data or choose Decline; the visit id starts again after 30 minutes without activity.
- Email you send is kept for as long as it takes to resolve your request and to keep a record of it.
9. Children
Tidewater Tailoring is not for children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the minimum age where they live — under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under 13 in the United States.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given the site personal information, write to phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com with the subject line Request for Child Data Deletion – Parental Verification, and include:
- the site concerned;
- any identifier the site shows for the child's device or account, if you can find it;
- your own contact details; and
- a clear request to delete all data relating to the child.
Reasonable steps will be taken to confirm you are the parent or guardian before acting, which may mean a reply to your email address for confirmation. You will not be asked for more identification than the request needs. Once confirmed, the child's information is deleted and you are told so in writing.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This page may change. The date at the top says when it last did, and a change takes effect on that date. If a change materially affects your privacy rights — the site begins collecting something it did not collect before — you will be told on the site before it takes effect. Carrying on using the site after a change is accepting it.

12. Additional Notice to Individuals in the United States
12.1 Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the rights listed in Your Rights and Choices: to know and access, correct, delete and port your personal information; to opt out of its sale, of sharing for targeted advertising and of profiling with legal or similarly significant effects; to appeal a refusal; to obtain a list of the third parties it was disclosed to; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them. Where your state does not give you one of these rights, the publisher may still honour it.
No profiling with legal or similarly significant effects takes place.
12.2 Submitting a request
Email phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com, say which right you want to exercise, and give enough detail to find what the request is about. State law may limit how often certain requests may be made in a twelve-month period.
12.3 Sale and sharing
Whether the site shows advertising has not been settled, so whether any information is sold or shared for targeted advertising cannot be stated yet. Settle how the site charges, then finish this paragraph.
12.4 Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent where your state allows it. The agent must show your written, signed permission, and you may be asked to confirm the authorisation directly.
13. Additional Notice for California Consumers: California Notice at Collection
If you are a California resident, this section applies in addition to the rest of this page. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, requires the disclosures below.
13.1 Categories collected, used and disclosed
In the preceding twelve months, depending on how you used the app, these categories of personal information (as the Act defines them) may have been collected:
| Category | Examples in this app | Purposes | Disclosed to |
|---|---|---|---|
| (A) Identifiers | the network address a request came from; a random visitor id and visit id kept in your browser | Run the site; security; legal compliance | The site's server; professional advisers; legal and safety |
| (B) Customer records | Your email address, only if you write | Run the site and show your own information back to you; answer you | The site's server; nobody else |
| (F) Internet or network activity | Pages opened, clicks and taps, scrolling, time on screen, page speed and errors, and a replay of the visit with typing masked | Improve the site; find what breaks | Get Creative, which runs the measurement |
| (G) Geolocation data | None. The site does not ask for your location. | Run the part of the site that needs it | The site's server |
Categories not collected: protected classification characteristics; biometric information; professional or employment information; education information; and sensitive personal information as the Act defines it. No sensitive personal information is used or disclosed for a purpose that would give you a right to limit it.
Sale and sharing: see the notice above. The personal information of anyone under 16 is never knowingly sold or shared.
Retention: see Retention.
13.2 Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents with an established business relationship ask about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing. Audit Tester makes no such disclosures. To have that confirmed in writing, email phauditmusysj1a@maxxspace.com, say you are a California resident making a Shine the Light inquiry, and you will get an answer. This may be asked once per calendar year.
